I was surprised to hear about existence of Human Breast Milk Banks. The milk is obtained from healthy donors and processed and packed. It is used to feed children of HIV mothers, allergy to cow's milk and other such conditions.

I could get the full details regarding such banks in India.

It would be nice if any one could add on this topic, such as how is it collected, donors screening, ethics and legal aspects,etc...
